Cancellation Policy
Quote Disclaimer & Payment Terms The displayed service price is a general estimate based on average service range. Final pricing will be confirmed after reviewing your submitted form information (panel count, square footage, and special conditions). An official quote will be sent prior to service confirmation. Payment is due upon completion of agreed-upon scope of work. Booking Policy: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit or full payment for materials may be required before confirming your booking. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after client communication and approval. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a $50 cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the quoted service fee. If I (Myles White or team) must cancel due to an emergency or schedule conflict, you’ll be notified as early as possible and offered the next available reschedule at no extra charge. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. One free reschedule is permitted. Additional rescheduling may incur a $25 admin fee depending on labor prep and material allocation. Weather / Safety Delays: For outdoor work, services may be postponed due to weather or unsafe job conditions. Clients will be notified and rescheduled promptly.
